We, the staff of the Cheesecake Factory Southcenter restaurant #131, hereby present this petition to promote fellow team mate MARIA ALVARADO to SERVER. Maria has shown the passion and commitment it takes to work for The Cheesecake Factory, as exemplified by her proficiency in nearly every work group offered within the restaurant. We the staff strongly urge management to take these signatures into consideration, and we stand in solidarity for Maria's livelihood and growth within our company.
