This petition is to gather support to get a state's court to locate an outstanding warrant and to quash the arrest warrant and go to pre trial and to request of court with a lawyer's help to drop charges on grounds of insufficient evidence at pre trial. This will prevent this survivor of incest and rape from being psychologically damaged from deplorable conditions at jail from an arrest and having to deal with a trial for for false accusations. This often is what perpatrators will do to a survivor of incest and rape filing false accusations for purposes of making a distressfull circumstances in that survivors life which harms that survivor's remembering of abuses. This petition also includes a request for court to reduce bail to an unsecured amount of $2 to 5,000.00 instead of normal steep amounts. This survivor had a book written for that survivor which was first published in 1990. This book included this survivor's identification number which is encoded in text of this book along with two warning signs one which included a warning of a false accusation and a timeline as to when that might be charged. This survivor did begin to deal with difficulties right around that timeline. This survivor has already contacted court, searched court databases, sheriffs, has not been able to locate any current outstanding warrants. This court and justice system has intricate systems that are not easy to get information of a current charge. This petition is to gather support for locating any outstanding warrant and executing a quash of that arrest warrant and with a lawyer's help a drop of charges from insufficient evidence. Thus petition also request that authirities immdiately cease utilizing psychic warfare methods of apprehending this individual for an outstanding warrant. This method has rendered this survivor dependent given psychic abuse towards her and no written procedures to oprevent police abuse or excessive force which has made them excessively abusive towards this survivor. To the Maryand District Court,
This petition is for purposes of getting this court to locate a charge that might have been placed against this former resident of Prince Georges County, Maryland. This resident is a survivor of raped and incest whom had begun to deal with difficulties which appeared to be from what might be a false accusation filed against that survivor. This survivor suspects that a charge might be filed from either a group of devil worshippers or mafia whom had in this survivors youth attempted to assassinate that survivor or to murder this survivor over 20 times by an age of 21 years old. If not an individual from that group, this charge might be filed by whom had raped this survivor. This book had been published for this survivor in 1990, a famous psychic encouraged this author to write this book. This book includes a prediction at the beginning on page 4 of a timeline as to when two warnings for probablities of troubles and on page 169 are two warning or premonitions of troubles, one of which is a false accusation. This timelime for this false accusation is eight years ahead of schedule from publication date which almost accurate. In 1999 this survivor's troubles began. This book has a common identification number that everyone in United States is required get. This identfication is encoded into text of this book as proof that this is whom author wrote this book for and identification numbers of others, one of the identification number belongs to whom raped this survivor. This book's plot includes arresting criminals and looking for a code included in this book. This author specifically states that a number of sentences are similar to designate when to include numbers at a beginning of an identification number and at the end of an identification number. This books prediction along with troubles that begin near this predicted timeline are a part of what has motivated a request for this court to get an employee to do a statewide and a nationwide search along with insufficient information and a no outstanding warrants located in search databases, calls to sherriffs and police. This procedure of police to arrest and to deal with a pre trial is damaging to a survivor of incest and rape especially during a false accusation charge. This petition is for a purpose of requesting a thorough search, location of any outstanding warrants and to get any outstanding warrants quashed (or bail), this bail is being requested to be set at lowest amount possible and in an unsecured form and to set a pre trial date and with a lawyer's help to get charges dropped on grounds of insufficient evidence. This request charging court to drop charges immediately. This request also includes getting court to force authorities to immediately cease utilizing psychic warfare on this survivor of rape in what she was told was a method for police to apprehend an individual with an outstanding warrant. This method has rendered an innocent female into dependency that is not right and in not constitutional to beat her with weapons that have not written regulations on enforcements. I will include specifics as to where identification numbers are located in this book, which identification number is utilized, verification or a photocopy of my identifcation number for proof of this book being written for that survivor.
