Attorney Licensing and Court Supervision by DORA

The Bar Association is practically self-regulating and the victim is the public. Attorneys regulate judges who control attorney income levels. This doesn't work. Attorney licensing and reorganization o the court system under DORA will protect the public without costing a penny to taxpayers. Attorneys regulate attorneys and their income depends on attorneys. This doesn't work. Increased litigation costs, loss of safety, loss of health, wellbeing, pain and sufering and even loss of freedom and civil rights result. Citizens are helplessly overcharged, misrepresented, their litigation expenses maximized, pain and suffering for families, etc. The Colorado Constitution assures equal justice for all and a speedy remedy for every injury.

Judges controll attorney income and are regulated by attorneys. NPR keeps covering the issue of public defenders. Each time they interview an attorney who keeps them off the right tracks. Victims of domestic violence are deprived of their safety, children commit suicide over guardian ad litems, etc.
Lay peple should control licensing. This is what DORA is. The West law books are easy and any legal discussion can be carried out as long as committee members are willing to read a few sections or more. Volunteer attorneys could help as resources.
To better protect the constitution the court system has to be revised too: we want access to the electronic record of our cases to keep tab of our attorneys' performance. We want the right to immediately and effectively terminate the services of an attorney who misrepresents our interests or who tries to increase expenses, we want to prevent misrepresentation, unnecessary expenses, and pain and suffering.
Malpractice law suits are purposely too expensive and are still carried out by attorneys who regulate judges who control attorney income.
The Attorney Regulation Board will not pursue misrepresentation when a judge violates court rules to protect that attorney. The Judicial Disclipline Committee is likely misleading the lay part of the committee - or the justice system would have worked.
Please help our cause to regulate attorneys through DORA.
