removal of dangerous dog

On the 11th April 2014 a ten month old kitten Tazia went into next doors garden where it was set upon and killed by Champ the staffy.  The three owners of Champ hit the dog with sticks claiming to break the broom handle on his head and attempted to stab him with an umberella while the attack took place, however the three owners failed to control the dog, possibly too affraid for their own safety. Which makes you wonder what kind of owner is affraid of their own dog ? Let alone three owners.

Roughly 3 weeks prior to this one of the male owners was attacked and bitten by the dog which required the upstairs neighbour to take him to hospital.  On another occasion Champ also attacked the female dog who resides at the property.

We have asked the dog to be removed and rehomed with a responsible owner who can control him as its only a matter of time before one of their own children gets hurt or worse perhaps another child on the street, the owners refuse to rehome the dog despite knowing what he has done and that they cannot control him.
