Currently, the Town of Guilford falls below the State guidelines for art instruction at the elementary level. The students have art for 30-40 minutes, once a week. We'd like the Town to include in their budget for the 2019-2020 School year art instruction twice a week for 60-100 minutes in all the Elementary Schools to meet the State of Connecticut Guidelines.
