Resolution: that transit "laws" should be revised and made justice to wat they explain a license is only recuired to operate and drive a commercial vehicle involved in commerce or selling on the road or highway and not a private vehicle travel on PUBLIC STREETS OR HIGHWAYS FOR MERE PLEASURE
