To help former convicts who have been incarceration free at least 1 year without getting in any more trouble since release become better people in society. It is intended to help them clear their records and be able to obtain better jobs in the community. Many work places and families are suffering because people can't pass back ground checks due to the mistakes that they made.   Yes some did it, never denying that. However, once a person has done his or her time to the system, and they are released, and maintain trouble free for 1 year, they should be given a period of redemption to work at any job where they have the skills to perform the duties. This will improve our communities and help others who are seeking to change.  How can we expect people to turn from their ways if we don't give them a chance. Everyone has made mistakes, some where just fortunate enough not to get caught. Just as we want our God to forgive us for our sins and mistakes and He is faithful in doing so THANK YOU JESUS. Shouldn't we show the same mercy upon others. Must a person pay for their crime even after being released from the jail or prison? If we're going to hold their past over their heads forever, aren't we still holding them as a prisoner even though we put them out from behind bars? Then we wonder why they go back to where they came from and we rarely see change. STOP NEGLECTION BASED UPON THE PAST, HELP THE FELONS STRIVE FOR PERFECTION, FREE THOSE THAT ARE TRYING, FREE THEM AT LAST!!!!
