Stop the Abuse of Prescription Drugs

The abuse of prescription drugs is rampant in this country and people are dying of liver failure everyday.  It is time we put a stop to prescriptions being given out without ensuring there is no pattern of abuse, without a required physical to check for damage to vital organs.  My 30 year old daughter is gone because of this.  It has to stop.
