Bring back death penalty to Australia

In the wake of bourke st massacre James Gargasoulas which has so far killed 5 including a 3month old baby and ten year old girl and injured another 28 and mentally scared thounsands he should not have the right to live eye for and eye
This is a petition to bring back the death penelty to Australia to be sentenced to those people convicted with out a doubt of serious crimes such as mass murder,child murder and serial murder aswell as under exceptional circumstances Murder
