I would like to hire emplyees for service work (Plumbing). But due to child support holding the driver's license ransom until payment is made. Denying ones right to work in the USA. In most cases jobs require driver's license. A child suffers due to limited job offers. This is not an option. It is a persons right that is taken away by our Government / State Officials. Look at the big picture. Once hired, child support can collect what is due for the support of the child. Denying a driver's licenses will only lead to No support payment, jail time and hardship on both parents and child/children. No one wins. (THAT'S NOT JUSTICE FOR ALL). Revise the law. Whereby; If a employer is willing to hire the person looking for work. Making it possible for them to pay child support. Allow them to make the money to pay the child support. This is just one more example of how the system has failed. It is their right to find a job without limits. and your system is the real reason for the problem. Time for change.
