To for every dog owner to have a licence to say they can have a dog(s) to help stop those who abuse dogs from reoffending. Not just dogs but all our pets. The licence will help stop illegal animal trades. PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE BE CHARGED OR FORCED TO HAVE THERE PET CHIPPED!

Please I beg you, what has happened to our freedom? It's our right to say I don't want this or that. I have human rights. I have the right to say what I think, to express my opinions. I have the right to say no I don't want the chip. The government are meant to be for the people. Not to tell us we have to do this, we have to do that. I love my dogs. And I don't want them chipped and I know I am not the only one. Please help ourselves and our dogs not be forced to take to chip.
