We were medically placed on our job because of injuries that were sustained on our previous jobs at Goodyear. We should not feel that we are being punish by not being able to receive our COLA like other associates working at Goodyear who has the privilege to bid on other jobs. The majority of us are Grandfathered associates who feel that that should count for our request to receive backpay from the COLA that we were denied because of the Pay Scale that was establised without consideration of the Medicallly Placed Associates and that we receive our COLA as the other Grandfathered employees.
