Get The Veterans Association, VA, to have personnel attended for emergency and important note taking

For those who have a medical emergency and need to leave a note for their providers and nurses so to set up an immediate date or plan for the emergency that happened.

The hope is to get enough signature to take this petition to the Head of the VA, David Shulkin, to make him, and Heads of VA hospitals, to make an immediate decision to have personnel ready to leave a medical emergency note or note for providers.
