Ban the Shrine Circus from using animals in their acts!

We want to ban the Shriners from using any animals in there circus. The elephant handlers use Bullhooks to make deep cuts and they use Electric Prods when the elephants won't do the stupid act that the trainers want them to do. All of the animals are are kept in small cages to. Some of the animals get taken away from their family!
