Medicare cover dental

Medicaid covers dental, shouldn't Medicare? The health of people's teeth can lead to infection, septic blood, strokes and heart health amoung more health related issues. I believe it should cover dental, I've had a stroke and cant afford $3400.00 for dental services so I run the risk of another stroke or heart attack!!
