The present program has shown to work to an extent but to stay on top of the over population of FERAL animals it needs better funding.

We the concerned, ask the Windsor Council to expand the funding for the partially successful Spay/Neuter Program. This will reduce the number of Feral Animals that are born each year into a life of neglect and heartache.
