Reinstate Coach Ron Seigenthaler as Head Coach of Brentwood High School Girls' Basketball

Coach Ron Seigenthaler has committed 27 years of excellence to Brentwood High School with 16 years as a successful head girls basketball coach. Throughout his career, Coach Sieg has demonstrated a tireless commitment to the school and community, helping student athletes reach their full potential. He teaches the girls accountability, team first principles, and to always give 100% in your endeavors. Coach Seigenthaler has lost his position as athletic director and girls and boys track coach over potential transgressions between an assistant cross country coach and an unhappy parent. The removal of Coach Seigenthaler as the girls' basketball coach has no correlation to his role as athletic director and adversely affects the student-athletes that will benefit from his coaching and life skills. We urge you to reinstate Coach Seigenthaler as the coach of the Brentwood High School girls' basketball team.

Thank you to everyone that signed the petition to support Coach Seigenthaler. A link to the petition was sent to Mr. Keidel, Superintendent, Dr. Looney and school board members on August 22, so they could read the comments and follow the updates. A new BHS girls basketball coach was hired today. A copy of this petition with all of your supportive comments will be printed and presented to Coach Seigenthaler. In the interest of moving forward, this petition will be shut down as of this evening
