Suspend thugs from medical education for throwing dog off roof

Gautam S threw the puppy off the roof and Ashish Pal filmed this heinous act. Requesting The Dean at Madha Medical College to remove these two from medical studies. They are not fit to be doctor for our society. The college did suspend both of them for the crime. Since the law protecting city anmilas is non-existent both were released by police immediately after release. Please do sign other petition for a friend online to request India to implement a stricter law to protect city animals.
