Right not to vote

Ever since the events of 11th November 1975, I have elected not to vote as an act of civil disobedience. The Whitlam dismissal, Vietnam, the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq were /are illegal wars based on lies and propaganda. Successions of Australian Governments have conspired with foreign governments, namely the United States of America toward criminal acts against poor people and so called third world countries. The result of these acts has resulted in the undermining of the security of my country. I cite the Bali Bombings as an example of this unholy alliance with the USA.
The two party preferred system of voting and the compulsory nature of it has resulted in perpetuating a system that is broken. The major parties are simply the new and old guard of the same system of corruption and institutional violence against their own people.
I am now being taken to court by both State and Federal Governments for refusal to vote. The fines were only $20 and $10. I have been now ordered to pay fines of over a thousand percent, go to court or the government will send it's thugs (people with guns) to extricate that money from me. I will also receive a criminal record that will prohibit my employment. They will ruin me.
As a person who does not advocate violence; who identifies with Aboriginal sovereignty over the assumed sovereignty of white supremists who continue their genocidal and apartheid behaviors, I ask people to support my stand against the tyranny of our current Governments.
In the wake of the Native Title Act, I declare that Indigenous Australians have been character assassinated as paedophiles, corrupt and unfit for Sovereignty. The army surrounded many Aboriginal Communities and sent in their agents, separating the children from their parents once again. While some of these actions have been positive I ask why the government hasn't done the same to Roman Catholic, Anglican and Salvation Army where it is proved that such abuses were institutionalised. Furthermore I ask why every generation, Indigenous organisations have been dissolved, denying a culture of permanent negotiation in the wake of Native Title and Land Rights. White institutions are not dissolved when they stuff up. I can only conclude such actions are based on race (Austn Constitution sec 31 (xxvi)).
As a person who identifies as a native Australian I declare that my only right of redress to the above unacceptable situations via non-violent protest is refusal to vote. I ask my fellow Australians to support my rights to remain Australian while not voting for the terrible directions our current system is leading us; that a dialogue with Australians on better governance away from corporate slavery and never ending growth wars of Capitalism as the index of success. A criminal for not voting; a joke if it was not a reality. I am not a terrorist nor a person of violence: civil disobedience is my only redress and even that is denied me. Please support my non-violent stand.
