My grandson black eye DCFS to the rescue of foster mom sometimes children get abused in foster care sometimes they just get hurt. My son was no the offender would not voluntarily revoke his rights boom arrested illegal search and seizure taken to Vernal jail. Girl in the car left the drugs had a child in DCFS custody.
I had a petition for custody was supposed to be the guardian. Drove to Roosevelt UT believing my grandsons were coming home with me forever. Surrounded by DCFS agents in the dark my son never got to object tried to get him there blocked every time. DCFS prosecutor stooped his foot transport to TPR cruel his kids love him a family loves them no no no Angelina Jacobs Kirk Harris lie unabated fought for an IAppeallete got one Utah Supreme Court refused to hear it. We have yet to see the record I never got a hearing. Everyday I cry I am a RN complaint stated I work too many hours COVID 19 strikes the couple whom claim them as theirs lack human decency she yanks them away expects the older kids to care for them. Danger in a genetic family ok not traumatized kids that want to be home and do not understand why strangers took them. For money this incentive is degusting they are not vetted and never followed up on other peoples children are not an income for people whom could never love them like their family. Ultimate death sentence for them and families. Ripped my heart out sent back lies this goes to the very top of the Utah government Family State we don't need a NANNY families FIX THEMSELVES. Destination suicided, homelessness low self worth unable to express feelings she was pregnant needed money. Sat a talked pre and post adoption in front of us laughing they were not hers any decent human being would have done the right thing. She held her baby no we cant see them I never knew government had become so greedy. Our Attorney General works for the government not the people. Appellate Attorney was denied the record. Appellate court asked for the record never sent crooked attorney affirmed the case we must assume everything was done right really this is AMERICA assume.
Watched Angelina Jacobs DCFS prosecutor when asked why my son was picked up giggled broken taillight revoked drivers license not our fault he is in prision. we were referred to as this family he signed nothing they stole them for money during a foster mother killed a 2 year old. When I asked her about this what does that case have to do with this one everything the are not CHILD PROTECTION Child protect the money services. Having a hard time living my son is not a piece of crap he works hard fear daily about them and my son. Cruelest gang of human beings I ever encountered. MONEY BIG GOVERNMENT never knew
