New Rule: Fair Trade

If a business relocates outside the United States Territories to avoid paying its fair share in taxes; you'll no longer be allowed to sell your goods or services on US Territory without paying a 20% import tariff.

Jobs have disappeared from the USA since 1980 100,000 factories have shutdown. Leaving 20 million people without a living wage to survive on. The US no longer produces any meaningful goods. Nearly everything is imported.
