JUSTICE FOR ASLYNN AND HER SIBLINGS

A mother was granted custody of her four children through CPS after I cared for them for almost two years. She left behind one child, my baby girl, Aslynn. I raised her for six years without financial support from the parents, without any meaningful communication with the child nor myself for a period specified by statue along with failure to maintain visitation with the child for a period of at least six months. All reasons supporting abandonment of a child. Eight days shy of my baby sixth birthday, with several cps cases open along with serious allegations against the biological mother and wife, these women were able to kidnap my child from school. Not only did she take my child, she was also able to take her nine year old son who has been living with his grandmother and four other siblings. 2days of me trying to get updates from cps, police, handing out flyers, pictures, knocking at doors, making calls, living this moment over and over again, worrying if she was safe while praying for her protection. On day 3 these women were able to walk those babies into a court house without being arrested and were able to have 7 of the children she has birth, removed from their homes and placed into foster care. I haven't been able to see my baby, hug her nor kiss her in 6 days. She will not be here for her birthday party today, she will not sleep in her bed and she will not get to spend time with her family. CPS is no longer giving me information about her as if I am nothing to her, as if she is nothing to me. I will not stand by while people get to choose which days they want to be a parent. I will fight hoping that I not only get justice for my baby and her siblings but also for parents and children in the world that has to endure the pain we are feeling. We are told we have no leg to stand on, Well we will show you how we fight while sitting down.
