Re-selection/Review of mods

The users of the cartoonshow chat have tolerated enough abuse of power from the mods. We have witnessed many accounts of certain mods:

-exhibiting favoritism to toxic users (ex: ponyboy49) and not banning them
-not abiding by rules set out for the chat
-threatening with bans to users who expose the mods' abuse of power

As users of this chat, we would appreciate if the mods are selected/reviewed by the USERS.
