Demand transparancy on our water bills, now

Water bills are or have been estimated since Darby Development went with a management corp NWP. We want to know the exact amount we use monthly, how much Mount Pleasant Water works has been paid since going with NWP, and how much has been collected from the tennants at The Thickett since being charged for water and sewer. Our goal is for Darby Development and NWP Corp. to be transparent with each and everyones billing..we feel we have been overcharged and want compensated..
