Demand a junction between Empress Rd and Austin Rd in Cobholm Great Yarmouth !!!

I live on Austin road at the cross roads which needs a junction as people driving down Empress Road don't stop and look before driving into Austin Road I personally have nearly been in an accident due to people not stopping and looking when approaching Austin Road our Road is full of children playing in and down the road and tonight a friend of ours was driving down Austin Road with her three children and her 11 year old sister and someone drove straight into the passenger side of her car which was where her 2 year old daughter was sitting luckily all the children seem ok but the lady driving the car has had to go to hospital tonight ! Something needs to be done before a poor unfortunate child gets knocked over or possibly killed .
