People who have epilsey should have a disabled badge from the council

Because at the minute council break human rights and health and disabilites discrimination act for not letting eplisey have a disabled badge by the council straight away and also if they have it for the rest of their life

I have just received another letter from the council 2nd year in a row turn my blue badge application down from the blue badge team at leicestershire county council this can't go on people every single year from now on they should consider mental Health issues in to account for example like my epilsey but no they just break law after law after law someone help me stop the council why we still can other wise it will be the end of the world we pay tax and for what nothing
