Denied F. O. I. L. Request Indeed. No. 6633/2001

I contacted the District Attorney county of New York requesting my Indictment Grand Jury minutes 6633/01 of nineteen pages on October 17, 2018. After review of my request by Anne Marie Whelan it was initially denied October 24, 2018. After an Appeal of the denied request, Assistant District Attorney Records Access Officer, my request was denied on December 28, 2018 by Patricia J. Bailey Assistant District attorney Special Litigation Bureau.
