Location of new school

Hello I just want to voice my opinion on the new school...I think the blue print looks great..thankful for all that has went in to it thus far...my only concern is the location..and I will tell you why..I found out like most of you that they want to put it close to helena..some may think oh no big deal..others are like what is helena and who cares...but it is a big concern for the safety of our children...so helena in minonk roughly I would say holds about 51,000 gallons of anhydrous...which anhydrous is nothing to mess around with...that's why the men whom work at helena have to take special classes etc...to be able to handle it...anyone who doesn't know what happens if a tank with anhydrous in it that gets a leak blows etc.. does.then please watch a video...now I'm sure most of you will say well that's why the school will take safety measures blah blah blah...hate to say it but there are really no safety measures to take..and I'm sure some will say well I'm sure the plant will have their inspections and whatnot..but let's be honest something could go wrong with anything in a blink of an eye...if a tank exploded for any reason or if they have an anhydrous leak you mise well say bye bye all of our children because it will kill them if that happens most likely because anhydrous expands roughly about 850 times it's size.. and will get around and in the school.and they will have maybe like 2 mins max to evacuate.. depending on the weather because they hold again roughly like 51,000 gallons of it..so please I'm stressing watch a video of a leak and then make your decision to vote..if one of those tanks blow everyone in that school is done for..and I hate to say that but I dont feel like putting our children's lives at risk so I will be voting no....they should find a new location to put the building...to be honest if they found a new location i would probably vote yes....again this is just my concern...but hey.a tank could never blow.. I am just thinking of the what ifs....because it could happen..and I just want all of our children safe at the end of the day....they can't vote yet and their lives matter! I want to find a new location...at the end of the day..
