The Demand for Naptime in the Papa Johns Workplace

Papa Johns employees sometimes work 10-14 hour shifts with no breaks. With a bed inside the walk-in, an employee would be able to take a break at a late or early hour and be able to come back at a later hour and work more efficiently. The bed would be a loft bed, lifted off the ground, so the store would still have storage space. There would also be a fire pole to slide down to get back to the ground. A slide is also acceptable. Just not the slides that zap you. The best part is how much happier the employees are with their power naps. Customer Service ratings would go through the roof! The bed would have one blanket and 2 pillows, for “sit up” sleepers. The point trying to be made is that with an opportunity for a power nap, employees feel more rested and happy during their very long shifts.
