END LGBT discrimination in the workplace! Demand equality and civil rights for all!

Today the Supreme Court refused to hear a case of a woman who was fired from her job because of being a lesbian. This I feel has come to far. I believe it is against her civil rights. They need to define our civil rights to us a lot better if not.
When the highest court will not even vote with a full panel before refusing to hear this womans case. Why isn't it against ones civil rights to be fired if you are gay? Why is this allowed? It disgusts me and I think that this argument needs to be a respectful one but it needs to be resolved. I would like President Trumps attention (and to our courts) that this inequality is wrong and it needs to be put to a stop! Every human has the right to work no matter their sexual orientation. They have the right to decency and respect and to make a living without fear of losing their job because of their private lifestyle. This is America, we demand equality for all. Straight, gay, bi, young, old. Woman or man. We all deserve the right to prosper and the right to live in dignity! I need to gather 100,000 signatures for Trump to acknowledge a Whitehouse.gov petition.. I'm tired of sitting ideally by as peoples rights are trampled.
