Go MotorHomeoStation - Allowing for legal homeostasis with R.V. Community Developments

Due to the great recession of 2008, many people have been spiraling down into lower incomes and the prices of living have become unaffordable.

These newly marginalized people who are slipping through the cracks of conventional living space costs would be able to maintain homeostasis in secure, private and safe areas of a low cost, motorhome community.

The local government programs that offer low income housing are maxed out and are already overloaded with waiting lists many years out. The time to act is now. Resources are available and can benefit many groups by interdependently working together for this cause today.

Incentives can be given for owners of motorhomes for tax write offs for downsizing their estates and creating a smaller carbon footprint by living in the motorhomes instead of using more natural resources in larger homes.

Tax incentives can also be given for donors of rarely used Recreational Vehicles that are being stored and not used. By donating their R.V. to the non profit organization which helps provide for the homeless, they can save money in storage, maintenance & insurance fees and have the good will to provide shelter for unsheltered people who are in need of housing immediately.

People who have nowhere to live are not second class citizens, nor should be marginalized nor dismissed. All People are human beings that deserve their constitutional rights enforced as citizens of our Country. All citizens deserve to have resources available to them. No one should have to be forced to live beyond their means and all humans deserve to be sheltered in a secure and safe environment.

"We the People, in order to form a more perfect Union, Establish Justice, Insure Domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, Promote the general welfare and Secure the blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our posterity."

Level land with fencing for private areas, hook ups for electricity, water ,trash, internet, sewage and a community center for laundry facilities and community gatherings (like mobile home parks provide) is desired for low cost rental.

Luk 10:29 But he, wanting to justify himself, said to Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?” Luke 10:37 And he said, “He who showed mercy on him.” Then Jesus said to him, “Go and do likewise.”

"We the people would like to establish justice and insure domestic tranquility" for all citizens of our city, state and nation. We all would enjoy "domestic tranquility for ourselves and our posterity" and ask for assistance to help us help ourselves and our neighbors.

We would like land reserved for the first motorhome community developments beginning in Moorpark, Camarillo, Ventura, in the county of Ventura, then to all other surrounding areas and Counties to help mobilize with action to conserve resources and provide safe and secure model communities for the proliferation of
