Obama- DO NOT Delist the Wyoming Wolf!

Shooting wolves on sight in Wyoming is NOT "wolf management". It is reckless endangerment of an animal protected under the Endangered Species Act based on no sound science, and only caters to special interest hunting groups.

Ken Salazar, Secretary of the Interior, and head of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service is advising you and using very bad judgement. The wolf was already made extinct in the Rocky Mountian region and it took the federal government decades to restore it the west.

Upon your election, you promised this country decisions would be made based on sound science. Shooting the wolves and their pups in an area where it has gone extinct before is anything but sound science.

Wolves play an important role in the ecosystem of the west- which is why the federal govenment went through decades to restore them. Do not undo the protection of the Wyoming wolves. Keep them listed under the Endangered Species Act.
