Translink let charlie ride!

I was denied service, Bus never asked for a guide dog certificate.
They just told me "Get that dog off the bus, or Put him in a cage." But Translink's Pet policy doesn't require service dogs to wear vests." I filed a complaint. The Coast mountain bus Company will not stop the drivers denying me service. Even being made fully aware that a vest or guide dog certification is not required. Disability Alliance Jane Dyson, or CTV News Penny Daflos, will not apologize for misinterpreting my being a service dog. It was very hurtful and I am still being excluded as a person with disability,. All this time, Translink did not even know if my medical certificate was allowed. Yes it was and gives me the authority to use my service dog charlie for my disability. There is nothing further I can do accept wait for a decision from Human rights tribunal. Please Sign and tell Translink let charlie ride you would be supporting greater accessibility for people with disabilities so no one else shut out!
