Make it illegal to breed animals to sell without a proper licence.
We need licences to do just about everything, Animals are living beings and people are profiting on the over population of animals and so many are put to death because of this problem. In puppy mills animals are mistreated and neglected.. We must act now. These animals cant wait ! They are put to death , In the United States alone it is by the thousands every day, THIS PROBLEM MUST BE ADDRESSED1
We must make it illegal for people to breed and sell there pets for profit. One should have to be licenced to such a thing just for profit. There is a big problem with over populated shelters in the United States. We have to have a licence to do just about anything, so why is it that people get away with mistreatment and cruelty to animals in this country, Animals are our friends we share this planet and human beings believe that they are somehow superior in a sence that they loose the issues that this behavior has caused and that is over population of animals in the shelters. These animals are killed on a daily basis which sickens me. Why we must do something about it. It needs to be illegal to sell pets and or breed them for profit with out proper licensing. Its not to much to ask. I beg you ASPCA I believe you have the power to make this happen. God help us all. Thanks Andrea Mellies
