It is time for schools to start taking some responsibility for most of human suffering, caused by common stress, anxiety, depression, anger and fear, with a small 10 minute daily addition to children's Education, with the introduction of silent Meditation, with its many proven mental and physical benefits, to prepare and protect them. Our troubled ignorant world also needs the proven virtues of Meditation in schools, to help children discover all of our natural true peaceful nature, free of our programmed thoughts and egos.
