Controlling stray dog breeding in Punjab in India

Stray dogs are becoming menance in Punjab in India. They usually stay all day along the roads and busy ways. Most dogs stay near eating points like hotels in cities and highways. Their number is increasing alarmingly. Surprisingly some such packs even attack people especially kids. Also it is sad to see them die by being crushed under carelessly driven vehicles. These dogs suffer so many hardships and miseries. Some kind of treatment is must to prevent their breeding further. The present Government must take such problem as serious issue for the welfare of public as well as poor dogs.
