Demand a higher pay raise.

Recently, we received our annual raises. While we are grateful , we would like to request a reconsideration in the assessment of our raise amount. We feel that the responsibilities that we as guards carry for Randolph Brooks are of higher value than, say for example, a .36 cent raise or an average hourly wage of $13. We protect not only the campus we report to, but we are also responsible for being vigilant of all the bank branches and ATM machines in order to prevent any possible robberies. In the event of an emergency, we are the first responders and are trained to handle emergency situations that will result in the best possible outcome and least amount of loss to Randolph Brooks.
We are a team of only 10 people and have proven to be reliable and dependable by ensuring coverage at all times, despite the fact that our team is so small. Our size does not impact the level and quality of security that we provide. We work diligently day in and day out. We value our work and would like to feel just as valued for the company we work for.
For these reasons, we believe we are deserving of a higher pay raise, to give us an overall higher pay rate in efforts to be able to provide for our families and loved ones and to have an overall better quality of life. We respectfully ask that the amounts be re-looked so that we are given a fair amount based on the value we bring to the company and the responsibilities that our team proudly holds.
