We want the maximum charges for the death of Kilo a Shepherd Mix Puppy.

On October 30th, 2013 a man "Ryan" was arrested for the killing of his exes dog here in Danville, Il. He hung a Shepherd Mix puppy from a tree. We want A MAXIMUM sentence for him. He is facing a Class 4 Felony. Its time to stop animal abuse in our area. Please sign today and show that you are against animal abuse and the terrible death Kilo suffered at his hands.

I have written this in hopes that complete awareness comes to what has happened to Kilo, a defenseless animal. We need people to know that this type of behavior is unacceptable.
