Urge PENNSYLVANIA to Implement Laws Against Keeping Working or Pet Dogs Outside in Cold Weather!!

Please sign and share this petition everywhere in an effort to get PENNSYLVANIA to change their laws as a way to protect dogs left outdoors. They currently have no legal protection for dogs that are kept outdoors year-round, even in frigid temperatures, subjecting the animals to hypothermia and being frozen; an absolute sign of animal cruelty and abuse.

Pennsylvania needs to change our laws RE: the extreme weather that our beloved dogs our left outside in. We need to punish & educate as to why this should not be allowed. You would let your family members outside in these harsh conditions; so your dog(s) should not have to endure it either.
