Brexit means leaving the eu

We have been to the poles and voted to leave the EU and won
So why is it still being debated
Mp Owen is now saying another vote should be taken on the terms for brexit
before article 50 can be invoked
The country has spoken
We want to leave that should be the end of it but if Mr Owen gets his way we'll never leave
PM what was the point in the referendum in the first place if the voice of the people is eventually IGNORED
