In 1982 Yoga was banned in Romania by the communist regime, being the only country in the world with such a ban. In 1989, the dictatorial regime fell but communist mentalities remained, so even today, yoga practitioners have incredibly serious persecutions.
The yoga teacher Gregorian Bivolaru is detained on the basis of unjust legal decisions and he is tortured. His adherents have difficulties at work, they are slandered through the media, they are the victims of acts of violence ordered by authorities, etc.
Victims of persecution have sent many complaints to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg but have had unjust decisions and delays of the completion of cases. With this, the European Court of Human Rights maintains a conjecture of persecution among 40,000 yoga practitioners, becoming an accomplice to these deeds and exposing them to suffering and the danger of dying.
This extremely poor attitude of the European Court of Human Rights is an indication of bribery.
