Demand the animals at China's Zhuzhou zoo receive proper care and treatment

The animals at the Zhuzhou zoo are not being properly cared for and many are in Ill health. Short term goal is to provide them with vetinary attention. Long term goal is to vastly improve their day to day living conditions.

I am concerned about animal welfare.
