Demand that Robert and Desiree horst leave Watertown for good

This couple have stolen from countless number of people and they try to get others in trouble. They lie to the police and then get you in trouble, they need to be kicked out of Watertown sd because of what they've been doing since they got here, they harass us on Facebook & if we block them they make more accounts just to harass us again... Please help us get these two out of town.

They have stolen from my kids piggy bank and personal stuff too, they got us kicked out & it's not just me. They've been doing this to other people too all over. I hope you can all help us get them out of town.
