End all manufacture of pesticides and herbicides that harm bees.

Demand that chemical industries need permission before releasing on the market any chemicals that have ingredients harmful to bees, butterflies, and other beneficial insects. Safety must be proven without a doubt. Without using animals to test new chemical products, all manufacturers of insecticides, pesticides and herbicides must get permission to sell these products from a non-affiliated third party that does independent humane testing of the safety of the chemical products. Currently, the industry tests their own chemical pesticides and herbicides and other products, releases them, and kills massive numbers of bees and butterflies before the public even knows what happened. Take away their right to do this! The EPA is broken and will take too long to fix, time is running out quickly! We the people demand to know what's happening to our environment! Install extremely stiff penalties of the companies who bypass this environmental safety net.
