to be be honest, truthful, trustworthy, and of good character; and have a good reputation for fair dealing, then you should sign this. It is unfortunate that this has gone on for so long. I do not wish the pain and suffering and financial devistation on anyone else. Therefore, I will do my best to give what I can to the community of Singer Island. I wish the best for all of you and would love to see the community flourish along with the good people of it.
