There are so many animals in Chesterfield County that are NOT SPAYED N NEUTERED THAT THEY THEY CONTINUE TO REPRODUCE N CAUSE OVERPOPULATION OF PETS THAT ARE NOT WANTED ! We the public need to address this problem NOW N CHANGE THE VOUCHER SYSTEM SO ALL PETS CAN BE SPAYED N NEUTERED IN THAT COUNTY !
