Demand a change for better roads in Natchitoches

The attraction that Natchitoches has brought over the years has been astounding, but to the local residents and even our visitors, is it fair that we fall short of having better roads in our city? It seems that majority of the tax payer's money is going to the City, yes. The lights, the riverbank, cutting down trees to put in fountains, but what about our roads? Our daily necessity to get to and from work, our children and even ourselves to get to school, not to mention the ware that is does to our transportation in doing so. I have taken note and made small claims of only a few roads that are of major concern to me. It seems almost dangerous, some even life threatening that these roads are used regularly and have been abandoned in the condition that they are. If you agree and would like to see a change in these major areas of concern, please stand me and our community in this act. I am asking for 1,000 names to pass this request in hopes to repair these roads that require serious attention and most of all keeping the city that we all love so much, safe.
