Help save my family member

My heart hurts in a way it never has. My dog has been declared dangerous by Escambia County and it's all because some neighbors are afraid of her due to her breed.

She's so sweet. All the kids in neighborhood play with her. My kids adore her. She is like a family member. I also have her mother who misses her. She's so smart – she can lift latches, climb.

Since she was declared dangerous I have a lot of rules to follow like keep a muzzle on her when she's outside and a leash in a cage Etc. Except I do believe she's allowed to not be muzzled when exercising. Anyhow due to false allegations from these neighbors one day she got out and ran around and ran right home, you know just being a dog, a neighbor took pictures of her supposedly running around. She didn't harm or threaten anyone. There's never been any medical reports, no police reports, nothing to document any "dangerous" behavior. What they do have is sworn affidavits which are false and make her look bad cause they keep doing it.

The dog catcher drove by and saw that she was in the fence without a muzzle and took her from me and said she's a dangerous dog, I can't have her back, and they're going to put her to sleep.

It breaks my heart to know that such a good dog is going to be put down for being a dog. I don't know what to do.

This is what Escambia county is doing to her. Now she sits in a cage wondering where her family is, think she's abandoned, and awaiting her death. Last she knew she was playing frisbee. She barks. They are intimidated. That's it. All the neighbourhood kids play with her. Numerous people have been to my house. No bites. I need to show Escambia County that the public is with her and she doesn't deserve this horrible sentence. Please sign. Please support. She's a family member.
