Stop This Dog Torture

Video found on Youtube titled "Torturing Dog" showing this girl kicking and torturing this poor dog. I do not know where this is taking place. I would like to publicize this video and I hope this person will be found, reprimanded and the dog will be saved. https://youtu.be/wAytouRRG30

Hello everybody, Thank you all so much for your signatures and support. I was very disturbed when I saw this on Youtube and seeing that it was uploaded recently (20/6/17) I had asked the poster for more details but he/she was not able to help. Hence I reached out to get people to pass it around in hopes we can find this person and stop the cruelty. One of the persons that saw the petition had just let me know that the case is an old one (2014) the they are serving life sentence. Thanks again,
