When, a newly disabled women, needs to void or pee at nighttime [nocturnal shift] they are then mandated to pee in the paper-cotton padded briefs and stuck inside is a gigantic incontinent pad. The woman needs to be assisted to a bedside commode. Adult Foster Homes (AFH) personnel need to hire a nocturnal shift to assist women to urinate or take a man and woman to either defecate into the toilet or bedside commode. It is "GROSS Negligence" to all women to pee in their "provided briefs", as explained, above. In the state of Oregon, especially.
